This company cheated us on the name of DHL, they are using fake brand identity and we were mislead by their agent. The shipment we had parcelled was received after a week from the promised delivery. The agents were very abusive and it was horrible to talk to them to get status of shipment.

I want compensation for their abusive behaviour and late delivery of product. Also, they should not be allowed to use someone else’s brand name as its misleading.
