I have send a courier from hyderabad to palakkad on 18/07/2013 at 10 am from jubilee hills blue dart office. they have given me the assurance that it will reach the recipient within 48 hours. the document which i have send was very valuable and very urgent to reach there.but after 5 days also it didnt get delivered.My tracking id for the same is 39909333122. as a response to my call (23/07/2013) i was told that it is now in Madurai and accused me of giving the wrong pin code. i am made sure that the pin code i have given is the right one.

the important application which i should have been send within the given date was not submitted due to the professional miss conduct of the said courier. If i have to submit the application i need to travel to Palakkad in person.

Adequate compensation of rupees 10000.
