Digi Cable set top box service cancellation

I (Venkatesh) have taken Set top Box connection in Feb’13. I have made full payment and paying monthly rental charge on time. But since I got the connection most of the time there is no signal or disturbance in sound and picture quality. Even after telling my service provided(DIGI CABLE) regularly there was no positive response from his side.In addition they haven’t provide me any bill or invoice for the payment of Set Top Box. Till date I am not able watch my TV properly. They are not even willing to explain what actually the problem is. We are paying every month but so far getting no proper service from our service provider. So I want to cancel my digi cable set top box connection.
