i took a new cable connection from Digicable and paid 1350 INR for first month cable rent and a new set top box charge. When settop box was installed it was not new, i raised this concern to local cable operator but he mentioned he got this from his office. When i contacted office they said they are releasing new boxes its your cable operator who is doing this. The set top box (STB NO. S13033303130002132) which is provided to me is already registered in name of Muneer. I have paid for a new box and want to new box, please help me.

I want digicable to provide me a new set top box for which they have charged me.
