I booked a taxi for dilshad garden from gurgaon dlf phase 3. at the end of the ride i got a msg of paying rs 1015 but the driver asked to pay 1400 and told me that i will get a bill of same on my email address. but when i checked the bill, i found that the total amount is 1015 only. i register a complaint and asked them to correct the bill. now they sent me another bill by increasing the kilometers and amount and made the kilometers as 79 km but actual distance by google map is 50 km only. i asked them how it could be 79 km of 50 km. it can vary for 4-5 % but they arbitrarily changed the km to 79 km and made the bill accordingly. they increased the km about more than 50% and also forged the bill for the same

Loss of 380 Rs Loss of important time. knowingly generation of wrong bill giving a msg that any amount can be charged by just manipulating the bill. it is creating a loss to all those parties who pays the bills to its employ or client. mental dissatisfaction created irritation.
