Disappointed with Lenovo Mobile Customer Service

Dear Team I believed in brand Lenovo and bought Lenovo P780 mobile and its not even 1 year old I have given the mobile for service because of issues in terms of Network and got feed back that some component has to be replaced. i am surprised to replace a component Lenovo takes a month. Its one of the most successful model of Lenovo mobile. and they do not have spare component. I feel we should buy some of the local brand and feel they will have better service than paying an high money to brand like lenovo who do not plan and do not care about there customers. I would like to inform you that mobile is basic necessity of business and work today and you can not expect a customer to wait for an month, Could you please assume the loss which is occurring only trusting a bran Like Lenovo.
