I am very much disappointed with your service. Firstly, there was no delivery person who tried attempting to deliver the product i placed from snapdeal, still i am getting messages since yesterday that you have cancelled the order. I tried calling the customer care of the courier service multiple times but all in vain. The waiting timing itself is 4-5 minutes and when picked up the executive says that you will get the product at the earliest. I never received any calls from the delivery representative and no attempts for delivery. I have never encountered such bad service ever through snapdeal courier service. This incident made me decide that i will never buy any product from snapdeal going forward and never will i recommend anyone. FYI: Tracking number: 11516242400109 Order No: 17547666458 Also, neither the snapdeal customer care number is free nor there is any provision to contact through email. They are traitors in true sense.
