I would request you kindly help me out form this hectic problem. I am writing this mail with a disappointment from Xolo care – delhi

I had buy *XOLO phone(1000s opus), *the phones touch stops working just after 10 days. These guys told me that *it would be repaired within 7 days then after its been more than 20 days still not repaired*..every time i call them only answer i get is still under process. Its so irritating what a bad customer service these guys are horrible.I am still not sure when will i get the phone back.

Now after 20 days nobody at service centre neither Xolo customer care call center able to provide the right status of my mobile. They just say that your mobile is sent to company & we are not able to provide the expected time to resolve your mobile problem. when i call to xolo customer care even they are not able to provide right status they just told that mobile is at service end sorry we are not able to provide the status

There is lady at xolo care uttam nagar delhi she is very unprofessional. she never response properly and she had never give me right details abut my phone she is always taking to me very rudely after listening my thesis she just cut the call and stop the picking my call while visited xolo care those people told to wait some moment and moment are about one and half hour. I am a salaried person and for one visit I was took a half day and it was repeated three times. I knows it was my fault to buy a xolo phone I make sure I never ever repeat again in my whole life
