Disconection of boradband despite payment of bills

This is with great regret that i have to write this complaint despite being an airtel cutsomer for last 20 yrs .
i am a known customer and have a landline and broadband for last 10 yrs ,just recently due to family issues was not available but when back i covered all my due payments and my broadband was retsored soon, but suddenly my broadband and ladline gets disconnected without notification.On enquiring i found out that i havent paid 127Rupees bill hence they disconnected both my landline and broadband which was astonishing and literllay speaking stupid i may say .On going to the company in gurgaon to pay my bill the cashier doesnt have a change so asks me that i first need change after me waiting in line for more than two hours .I complained to the manager there and she promised it will be restored soon .
its been four days since teh episode and still i have no connection , on enquiring they infornm me it will take 2-3 weeks and i need a new connection ????
Now can anyone explain as to what the hell does that mean ???
I cannot find a decent person whom i can talk to and who can solve my problem , its become a bane for me!!!
Goone are those times when customer used to be Invaluable i guess !!!!
God help us , and i guess its time to look for other options
I am disgusted
