mega deals works with discover platinum group of the company. They provide membership for the different resorts all over the world. they send me two domestic voucher against 7000/- ruppes for two nights and three days holiday in various destinations. I have inquired and send the forms for the desired destination with dates. They have replied three times directly that there are no availability in the said destination for the whole month thrice for June, July and August-2013. While i checked in the same destination from my self they have replied there wasn’t any query from mega deals and there are quite availability in same dates. My complain is that they are making delay in providing services and not replying properly.
