I have been a customer of icici bank since october 2004.untill recently i have had no issues with the customer service of icici.in september of 2009 i was involved in an accident and therefore i was unable to make repayment on credit card no 5177194143446000 on time on november 16th 2009 i paid the outstanding amount in total this included interest,late payment fees,overdue and etc..
on the 17th of november i made purchased from aspire tecnology.when i attempt to pay with my creditcard the purchase was declined. to add insult to injury the shop was full at the time.
I then contacted customer care i was assured that i could make payments upto the amount of 25000.
To my mdisgrace when i attempted to make partial payment using the same card again the transactio was declined.Again i call to customer care office at that time i was informed that this card would be blocked for a period of 24hrs after that time it will be deactivated.
On november 21st I attempted to use the card fpr a small purchase at delna enterprises to my surprise the amount of 9800 was also declined. At that time my family was accompanying with me and i was completely disgraced in front of them all.
As a long term customer of icici bank i have found the service and attitude of late to be completely unacceptable my good name has been rubished because of icici bank.it is with absolute displeasment that i am writing this letter to convey my anger and insult.
Being an astute businessman juggling of finance is an integral part of daily life.I hope you understand the urgency of this message and act promptly.
