I have been a customer of icici bank since october 2004.untill recently i have had no issues with the customer service of icici.in september of 2009 i was involved in an accident and therefore i was unable to make repayment on credit card no 5177194143446000 on time on november 16th 2009 i paid the outstanding amount in total this included interest,late payment fees,overdue and etc..

I had credit card no.4477465360542006 for which the payment of Rs 1500/- was done from my side in confirmation with ICICI Bank executive dated 3/3/09 and full and final settlement letter recieved from ICICI Bank(ICWE1THN/032009/4713/7 dated 3/3/09.
I have not been receiving the physical statement for my credit card no. 4076598002021008 since September 08. and there for the payments for the same was not made on time. this was conveyed to the bank in the month of Jaunary 09 by then they had levied late payment charges. on explaining the situation they had agreed and reveresed the charges, but only for one month.
