I had credit card no.4477465360542006 for which the payment of Rs 1500/- was done from my side in confirmation with ICICI Bank executive dated 3/3/09 and full and final settlement letter recieved from ICICI Bank(ICWE1THN/032009/4713/7 dated 3/3/09.

The ICIC Bank had deducted amount of Rs 6617/- (six thousand and seventeen only from my account 001801011443 for the credit card payment which was paid and closed by me.

I had disscussed with the Bank for refund of my money of Rs 6617/- but since last one month and half they are not refunding the money neither thier representatives able to give answer.

The complain no with ICICI Bank is (SR-107238592)

Also I need compensation for metal torture of Rs 10000/-(Ten Thousan only)
