Myself Sankardas Banerjee, residing at Baruipur , Kolkata-700144, West Bengal, is a subscriber of DishTv DTH since October 2013, V/C no:01518832138 . I have prayed for PICK MY CHANNEL plan instead of my existing plan and duly submitted all to the to the authority, but the district authority did not activate yet the PICK MY CHANNEL plan since 28 April 2014

Pass an order to activate PICK MY CHANNEL immediatly.
