I have requested for re-installation of my Dish TV connection on dated 12/09/2013. It was re-install by peoples from RAJEEV ELECTRONICS, Bahu plaza, 34 North block, Ph: 2472527 (see attached bill). They have not properly fixed the antenna in wall and it was fall down on 16/10/2013 due to poor fixing of the antenna . Now I am not able to see any channel just because of incompetence and lack of experience of service people. I have spent Rs 250 for that work and still i am not able to see the TV channels. First on talking to customer care people of DISH tv and they are not interested to listen anything beyond their boundary line. They keep on repeating the story of one month warranty period, which those peoples did not mention the time of re-installation and booking. I have talk to several times with customer care on this matter but they are not agree on the free re-installation and demanding again Rs 250 for the same. Its not a matter of Rs 250 but matter of inconvenience and mentally torture that those people giving me from the last 10 days. I am really mentally sick from all that things. Please help me

Therefore, a action should be taken against the service provider and re-install my dish tv antenna at free of cost.
