Dear Sir, I have subscribed DishTv setup box (Dish TV View – 01519074224)and using the same for last 8 months. Recently for last 2 -3 months Dish tv has started changing channels without any intimation more over recently they have changed the monthly subscription plan (from Rs 320 to 370) without any notice / intimation. Further the bonus points which we have earned nearing to 1300 points has been reduced to 227 which is again without any information. each time we speak to customer care lodge complaint but without any results / solutions. The serious problem is they give assurance to resolve the matter and keep the phone on hold and after 10 – 15 min or 20 mins the line gets disconnected automatically.
