Reliance Big TV – Non Availability of Set Top Box

On 02/8/2014 My Set Top Box and LNB Set Got malfunctioned due to some uncertain reasons (Not specified by Companies service executive) i filed my complaint to respective customer care. and till 30/8/2014 no action is taken against the complaint and the customer service rep. is Threatening me and demanding 800 rs for the same and saying if not agreed he will not solve my problem

i called 100’s of times to the call center and representative which costs around 200 rs In addition Around 1500 Rs is Debited from my big tv customer account for the monthly usage of this parent account and its child account which are affected as well and all after product is damaged and not usable. Also I had paid 6000 Rs for these 3 accounts
