Sir, I have brought a power bank from snapdeal which is delivered to me on 16th July worth rs 1299. I had tried it and found that it was defected because i am not able to charge my mobile because it was disconnected just after i connected it to my phone. I had placed a return request on 17th July and in reply of my request they said that they arrange a pick up and get return my order. Since then I mailed them more than 12 times but always the said that we are working on it(I have mail history of conversation with them). It is now more than a month as you can see but nothing happens till now. Sir I request you, please help me to get my money back. Thanks and Regards, Ashish Vyas
