Dish TV Offer – Service not Provided

I am Ramdhan Meena. I have two dishtv connection parent connection and child connection. On jan 1, 2015 I called customer care and asked mr. Akash for recharge offers. He told me that I have to pay rs. 5160 for one year for both the connections and I will get 1 month bonus viewing time. So after paying 5160 rupees I will be able to view dishtv on both connections for 13 months . Then I recharged my dishtv on jan 1, 2015 For rupees 5160. But I did not get the offer. As before recharge the switch off date was 11 jan 2015 but after recharge it was 25 jan 2016. Then I complained and finally the manager accepted their mistake and committed to provide me the offer and he assured that the remaining days will be added in my account within 24 hours. But later they denied to give me the offer even they accepted their mistake. They also denied to register my complaint. From Jan 1 , 2015 I am continuously calling them. Hundreds of rupees i have spent on phone. They cheated me. I want justice. They all are fraud. They say something and do something. They have all the things recorded. I want the offer which I am supposed to get as I was assured by the customer care before recharge and by manager after recharge. They have troubled me both economically and mentally. Even they have waited the precious time of my life, which has disturbed both my profession and family. So I want that a penalty of 5000 rupees should be charged on distv for troubling me so much.
