I had MTS wifi dongle (892529xxxx). i had problem with speed, every day i tried to speak with customer care to resolve my problem. no one came to rectified my problem. here i had my service request numbers (June/2365, June/8896).at last i registered complain against MTS service in Appellate Authority.even those my problem was not rectified. finally, i am not satisfied with the service, and disconnected my connection(3937474).

now i am ready to return their dongle device. and i am expecting 1400/- should return back to me sir. kindly do that favor to me.
