Dear Sr, I was having a micro wave oven of kenstar which was out of order and sent to service center at Asansol named Archie Enterprise having complain no :- ASA1911130007 dt:-19/11/13, and it was not repaired for which I reported to higher official of kenstar , and the above said complain no :- ASA1911130007 was cancelled by kenstar on 13/01/14 by giving false assurance that it has been repaired at local market of kolkata and soon will be delivered to my house , but after long wait and chase again new complain was registered having complain number :-ASA2802140064 on 28/02/14 and i received the microwave oven on 18/03/14 at my home , but it was not working at all . the above said complain ASA2802140064 was also closed , and the equipment was taken back by kenstar , till date i haven’t received any material and also i have paid Rs 500/- to Service Center at Asansol (ARCHIE) . Recently on 18/04/14 a mail was received from KENSTAR ASANSOL that the PCB of Micro wave oven is obsolete and cant be repaired
