Hello, My Dish TV VC no: 01519204890 I have subscribed for 5 years HD Royal Pack and Colors HD was part of pack when I subscribed in December 2013. Since 6th March 2014, Colors HD is not available and when I called customer care, I was told it will be chargeable ala cart now. This seems cheating/fraud from Dish TV as when customer buys back after considering channels available in pack and suddenly on one day some channels are removed from pack..!!! I already made complaint to them but they are not responding. I request you to please help me to add Colors HD as part of my pack without any extra charges.

I want all channels which was promised at the time of subscription and should continue else they should refund entire money paid to them.
