I have not given any multi connections request in the past. But they introduced two multi connections on my VC no 02084903011. They deducted my Balance of Rs 2200 (approx). Yesterday they removed multi connections. But they are still not given any balance for multi connection since i have not given any request. Rather today a new connection was introduced on my VC no and again balance of Rs 1100 (approx) was deducted.

They are not taking any request now and saying first previous issue has to be resolved. I called them like 6-7 times in the last 2 days but nobody is hearing. They done know anything abt this.
