I have a DishTV Connection vide Viewing Card, VC. No.01505371748-2, Regd name-“Bapuram Hari S Reddy”. Recently(14/7/13) my subscription got ended, but as per the Company The Free To Air(FTA)Channels including Doordarshan should continue even without Recharging for sometime, but it didnot happen, The sameday The DishTv Deactivated my VC,disconnected my Subscription. After contacting them, they are telling its only for new Customers not for old customers like me. Then after sometime they say your VC is eligible for the scheme, its only for new VC, and now they are saying The Scheme is already closed. And whenever we Recharge little Late, they deduct Rs.21, for no reason and they are not providing anything for free, I asked about this they say its a company policy etc. They frequently change the Package & Tariffs without any prior Intimation. The signal are getting disturbed due to bad Weather etc, but whenever we book for technical assistance, the technicial will arrive very late, and he charge max amount for every visit, no free service from the company.

As a Loyal Customer of DishTv, I want equal Right to get the Free To Air Channels without any pre condition, whenever I want I’ll recharge the Connection and there should not be any charges directly or indirectly. The DishTv should not deactivate the VC without any reason. They should provide full value for my money, no Hera Pheri. They are manipulating the Date of Recharge now and then by decreasing 3-5 days from next Recharge, it happened recently. Also The Technical should Inspect and do the resetting for free, as recently only he had visited and charged for the visit, but still the signal problem is existing.
