After just warranty period probllem was occur on my LCD and payment has been made Rs.3500 by me for replacement of mainboard of my LCD, model no. – KLV-32NX500, Sr. no.- 2393302 to Sony service engineer of Shree Ram Electronics Services Faridabad , but on 1st dec 2012 he has denied for receiving of Rs.3500. That time receipt was not given by Sony service engineer to me. Faridabad Sony service engineer has done fraud with me . Again same problem was occur on 4.4.2013 of my LCD, I was requested to SONY INDIA for replacement of my LCD. But no any action taken by SONY for replacement.On dated 10.4.2013 my LCD was repaired by your authorised service centres shree Ram Electronics Services Faridabad vide job no j30588288 dated 6.4.2014 on chargeable basis. Again same problem has been occur on my LCD on 19.7.2013.We are facing day to day problem in my LCD , due to this reason we have mentally harassed.
