DishTV India – Mis-Selling of Recharge Validity

I had received a call from dishtv on 25th Feb 2015. During the call the executive told that if I get my Dishtv account recharged with Rs. 1435 then the account will be activated for 12 months with the current subscribed package. On 26th Feb 2015, I called your customer support and the executive reconfirmed the same offer (as mentioned above) valid for my account. Please note that I had taken all the relevant confirmation i.e. Amount, Mode of Payment and Last date of the offer during the conversation with the Dishtv executive. On the same day, I recharged my Dishtv account with Rs. 1435, but the account didn’t get recharged for 12 months. I again contacted your customer support, but this time I got a different answer as it was mis-communicated to me in both the previous calls and my Dishtv account was not entitled for any above said offer. I have voice recording of all the conversations held around.

Request you to get my Dishtv account recharged for 12 months with the current subscribed pack as communicated in the calls by your executives. Plus I want the DishTV to be penalized so that they stop cheating the customers.
