I purchased a car in the year 2006 along with the documents the sales person got one credit card form also signed in . He told me that if I would recommand someone to buy a brand of Maruti , I will get reward points & the same can be reimbursed while service of my car .

I recommanded one customer for them and got the points . When I used the same at the time of service of my car instead of getting the points deducted , they were billed to me .

On calling to Citi bank jaipur office nobody bothered. Infact a collection guy visited and misbehaved with me at my residence . When I told him that I will call the police then he left from there .

Collection people keep on calling me asking me that why are you not paying and promising me that the issue will be resolved but nothing has happened . Everytime a new person calls up the same is being done from past three years .

They have raised the outstanding to lacs & asking me to pay & misbehaving with me on my phone every time . I have not used the card from 4 years , the issue is still not resolved & they are torchering me mentally again n again .
