I am a customer of State Bank of India, RCE campus branch(Branch code 5302), bhubaneswar, Orissa.I had used ATM of State bank of Patiala, at Century Gate IIT roorkee, near civil lines, Roorkee, Haridwar, Uttarakhand, on evening of 27th Jan 2009, to withdraw Rs. 14,500,the window to dispense the sum opened just for a fraction of second or even less for which I could not receive the sum.My account has been debited but I didn,t receive the cash. I made my complain with State Bank of Patiala, Shiv complex, civil complex, Roorkee-247667 on the very next day. Since then I have been harashed daily.They didn’t attended my complain sincerely anyway.I asked to them for ecess cash in their ATM account on the said date but they used to say we are busy come tommorrow or next week like that and don’t even maintain the balance properly. I approached to them through my Home Branch, but it was to have no effect.Finallyafter fourty days of impateint harashment when I threatened to make complain to the Branch Manager in written then the Person incharge(Mr. Mahendra Singh) dealing with ATM matters admitted before Branch manager that he doesn’t know how to proceed in the case. This entire episode harashed me till 17th March 2009,almost 50 days, when they passed a letter to my home branch that there is no excess cash with them on the said date and the transaction is successful.They have solved the case but my harashment is still continuing, where is my money?Daily they have harashed and I frequently requested them to please answer me but what they have done is just mishandling my application and money. Please help me out sir.I will be always greatful to you.am a research scholar at IIT Roorkee. I have my practicals, theory classes even then I managed to get time to be with them to get my sum.Thereafter I tried their AGM, State Bank of Patiala, telephonically but his answer was also the same. I also tried on the SbI banking ombudsman but there proceeding also stopped mid way with no further correspondence.I have been very much humiliated and harashed.I had earned my money with lots of labour by doing tuitions and working in projects.Please help me out from being exploited by the situation.I will be always greatful to you.Thanking you for your kind consideration
