I got call from some of your officer.

I have been informed that as I did recharge of Rs.102 for message in last month, there is standing instruction lying in request therefore it has been debited in this month too.

If this is prepaid card in which I have to recharge in advance which I want to avail the facility, Eventhough you have debited Rs.85 considering my standing instruction which I have never given.If it is like so,I paid Rs.102 which I recharged and Rs.85 which has been debited just to avail SMS Service.
How it worth’s ?

In prepaid service,you can not take this kind of charges.I will recharge one time which facility I want to avail.

This kind of service spoils good name of Airtel.

If I am not given my charges back then I will go to Consumer Forum..

Please reply on mail so that I can do legal process.
