Dear Sir I am using an idea mobile number +918435004815. I have activated a value added service of blackberry mobile connect of Rs. 399/- plan in this number. In this plan all browsing and downloading facility is free. At the mean time I have received a bill of Rs. 6371.84 for the month of May 13, Out of the total charges the company charged Rs. 3661.54 for GPRS usage. I have contacted to the service provider’s customer care executive on Friday dated 07th June 13 vide reference no. 501012691283710 and lodged a complaint against it. After some hours of the complaint I got a call from an officer of the concerned company. He refused me for not waiver of the amount. They told me due to some GPRS setting problem I have been charged the amount. After availing the GPRS service no phone calls came to me for the proper setting regarding. Kindly do the needful in this regard so that I shall be obliged.

I demand Waiver of the amount for Wrong billing on Part of Idea Cellular.
