Purchased grocery on 15/09/2014 for Rs: 2359.27/- and submitted my Canara Bank Debit card. First they have inserted in one machine, but there is no paper roll, so they have inserted in another machine and deducted the amount, but the amount was deducted twice from my account. I show the message from my mobile to the counter girl. One person from accounts came and assures that the amount will reimbursed in 24 hours.
So far I din’t get the money back and they have informed me that this reimbursement will take another 3 months time. The mistake is on D’Mart side and they are asking me to wait for 3 months.
I want my money back. Amount Rs: 2,359.27/-
