I had internet broadband connection from a company named as DNA Infotel actively working in vasai – virar region in thane district. I had been facing a dis-connectivity issue from 2 of July 2013. I had faced same issue earlier. the resolution time given by the company for any issue is 48 hour. but till today i.e. 21/07/2013. the problem has not been resolved. A complaint of dis-connectivity was noted on 2 July but no resolution. Again a same complaint was noted on 18 or 19 July but still no resolution. Need your help on this issue.

Since there no internet connection at home i need to go out for my personal work. I do work part time on the internet for which i need a internet connection but due to no connectivity i had lost out my work for the month of July. For which I Lost my project that paid me 7500 for 15 days. still no connectivity so i losing my another online project. Since part time it is very hectic to go down to cyber cafe and sit down for 2-3 hours and complete my work.

I need my money back which i paid to the company for the 6 month service that they were going to provide me and 30% loss that i had faced due this issue. I need to close down the service further with the company.
