I did withdraw Rs1500 from Kotak Mahindra ATM on 13-July-2013 but only 500 was dispensed. But HSBC debited 1500. When logged complain with HSBC 2307763283, sub feedback number MCC727, I warned that if investigation goes wrong I will have to pay Rs 250 to the bank. Also was told I would have money debited to my account within 7 days, which isnt true as well.

Have been barred on my Rs 1000, HSBC cheating customer with even small amounts to earn interest on that?

1. Refund my Rs 1000 earliest possible. 2. If investigation goes in my favour, I should be paid Rs 250 (as bank was demanding in the if opposite would have had happened). 3. Since it is more that 7 days already, Rs 100 per day should be debited as penalty.
