I am getting Promotional Calls from Airtel in additiona to other Bankers & ICICIPrulife.
I was told by Airtel that they have right to convey their Promotions & I have ent my Email to them as under.
Please clarify and direct the concerned about corrective action.
I am from New Delhi and Delhi State do not apear in the drop box here under.

After this Email was sent , I received a SMS asking about my satisfaction of interaction with Ms . Khuswaha. I have mentioned about Ms. Shashi in my Email placed below. I do not know if the two are the same.
I am intending to register my complaint with NDNC regiistery.
Please resolve it urgently.

Subject: Registered as Do Not Disturb & yet Getting disturbed 98107-08707
Dear Manager
I was shocke when I was interacting with Ms Shashi today at 1115 Hrs ( 29 Jan 2009) about Do not Disturb Calls. When I was told that Bharti Airtel has right to approach me.
I have registered as Do Not Disturb with Bharti Airtel over One year ( I will locat records of your acknowledging the registration of the same)
The incidence started when I received a call on my Mobile(98107-08707) from Ms. Neha 98101 63816 asking about if I need Broad Band Connection. She said she does not have any record of Do not Disturb on my Mobile number.
Then I initiated action to register my complaint with 98101-98101 and came across Ms. Shashi, who said Airtel will keep on calling me.
Please examine if it is correct. I would like to make a complaint to Telephone Regulatory Body or who so ever is in-charge and send it to Press for Public Opinion on this subject.
It will pain me to cancel my connection with Airtel as I am holding this number for many years. In fact I am awaiting for switch over to other service provider when the scheme is introduced keeping the Mobile number same.
Please examine the above and inform what is the way I can maintain my privacy and do not disturbed by intrusion of un solicited calls.
