HDFC Bank IT Dept guys don’t even know how to validate an e-mail address of a customer. Some stupid customer has given my address and they keep spamming my account with offers from Pizza Hut, Promotions etc

Despite asking them to remove my address, the request is not fulfilled.

Someone from HDFC Bank reading this message, take measures to improve your business process before it gets too late.
