My mother was operated last year for knee replacement surgery but after surgery the waste blood was not drained out properly resulting to infection inside and had to be re-operated upon causing tremendous pain and mental trauma with also heavy medical bills. As a result of this my father 72 is also in pain n trauma but to no effect to the doctor and negligence non his part. I would like full compensation and strict action against such doctors who ill treat patients and pull them in over expenses.

I would like a compensation over and above the medical expenses occurred during the whole period approximately over Rs 4 lacs and mental agony for both my aged parents.
