This is with reference to my earlier mails regarding the problem am facing with Mobile hand set, Sir you have suggested me to get in touch with the authorised centres of Lenova in Surat, but to my surprised they simply told me that they have some issues with the company and are no more taking in any service requests of the Lenova Mobile.

They infect gave me the some other mobile number of Lenova Centre in Surat ( 9825399241), I have tried to get in touch with this number but this number is always switched off.

Now Am forced to use other hand set of some other company and have no such issues with that handset. Please tell me as to what shall I do now because I do not have all the time in the world to just run after the service centres or to write mails to the company.

Lenovo is such a big Multinational Company, can’t you guys just fix a small problem with the handset. See am working and can’t spend all my day on this handset.

I request you once again to resolve my problem, send someone from the company or give me the address, I’ll send the handset to you.

I hope this time I’ll get some serious response from your side or else I’ll file a complaint in the consumer court.
