My brother bought new Xolo one on 8 dec 2014 and with-in two days it started giving problem with sound. then he went to service centre ,they gave him one work job sheet and now no one is giving proper answer on it.

It was a gift to my sister-in-law from my brother but with-in two days it started giving the problem which really makes her disturb and the couple could not be able to concentrate on their job and they are working as Doctor in reputed government hospital and for them mental peace is very important,so that they can serve better to our people and country,Also they did not give any back-up mobile cause of that my sister-in-law faced too many problem as she is not having any other mobile and is very difficult for her to communicate with hospital and track the patient health so on behalf of them i want them to give us new mobile and want 10K as my brother and his wife suffered a lot cause of that.
