Dominos India – They cancelled my order without my permission and without informing me

On 31 Dec, 2013, I placed online order for pizza, through Domino’s application. I entered my address of Rajinder Nagar in the application, which by generated the delivery centre as Defence colony on its own. I did not select any delivery centre, as there was no such option in the application. Rs. 596.68 was deducted from my card. Defence colony centre staff called me up to say that they cannot deliver the order to my place. I told them, that you sent me an order confirmation on email, so you have to deliver. They cancelled my order without my permission and without informing me. They did not even send me a cancellation email.

I want the company to compensate me for cancelling my online order without my permission, due to which I had to incur a cost of Rs. 20,000 on food. This reimbursement of Rs. 20,000 is to be made by Dominos for its unprofessional & negligent attitude. My order confirmation email by Dominos is attached for reference.
