Respected Concern Persons: Today Domino’s pizza employee make me felt that we should not trust on any company promotional activity & they humiliated in front of my family & friends on 26th jan, the day India is celebrating 66th Republic Day , at one of the Dominos Pizza Outlet in New Delhi ,India . Add.- Dominos Pizza ,Sector – 11, Rohini Outlet (In complex of G3s cinemas .Pin 110085 ; Police station – Prashant Vihar. ).

Issue Brief – Last Year in month Of July 2014, dominos pizza sold some discount coupons to me , having coupon validity is 31st march 2015; & they were delivering the pizza against those discount coupons in last year . But today while booking my order in dominos counter (Add. above) again I shown my purchased discount coupons, then they clearly told that these coupons are invalid & these coupons are fake coupons & in fact they told us that some other fraud company was running this activity . you should not purchased these coupons from the fake company as they were using Domino’s pizza name. (company name – Advierto Advertising, Banglore – as written on Discount coupon Booklet). Coupon Photo copy Attached .

My question is , Both company is reputed company but I don’t know in this case who is saying True or false . If these coupons are fake then how come earlier they were honoring these coupons .

I was literally shocked & surprised that how come Domino’s Brand can react in this way when they were entertaining the same coupon in last month & now saying this new story, in fact my all coupons validity date is 31st March 2015.

Most awkward situation was that , when that store manager (Mr. Khitiz – 8130428363) was rather listing to customer problem , he was more interested in argument . He suggested to write a mail to Customer care & escalate this Issue as he is helpless. In fact he called to his senior also & both were laughing on phone on this issue. I called to Domino’s helpline number also (011-68886888) they also denied to accept this coupon after making me hold for 20 minutes. Then I called to Cops to resolve this issue & registered a forgery & cheating case against the Domino’s Pizza.(Dialed on 100 number & complain # 017.)Witten complainant already given to cops & emailed my concern to National Consumer Forum New Delhi.

My question is that how come this company ,all of sudden stop honoring these discount coupons which they have sold in the market with the validity of 31st march 2015.

I want the clarification & justification on this issue with the valid reason & taking customers on a mental harassment ride because of their fault. I really not able to sleep tonight just because this kind of mental trauma given by Domino’s company & writing mail to all of you . This issue completely shaken me & broken my trust on prestigious brand like Domino’s . These Discount coupons, I have purchased therefore it should be honored till his validity date. It’s not a matter of coupon , it’s a matter of cheating /unethical business practices that I am feeling right now & being a educated person I’ll fight for my benefit / rights & I’ll raise the voice against this kind of corruption therefore no other people will victimize for the same issue.

Dominos have to realize this mistake with proper compensation & should feel sorry in front of my friends & family. If company really Believe in Customer Delight & Consumer satisfaction .

National Consumer care & Delhi Police – I hope you’ll help me in this case to get the Proper justification .
