Refund pending for the online pizza ordered as follows. 1.) excess amount of RS.220/- deducted without placing an order due to dominos server error. 2.) two pizzas ( 1 veg and 1 non veg) ordered came after 55( fifty five) minutes. assistant store manager( maratha colony, Dahisar)- Dhaval Gohil promised Rs.300 cash back for each pizza which is not yet received. As per his instructions, snapshots of the bank statement also sent to him. 1) order no 28 dated 22-5-14 1.09PM amt:320.00. 2.)order no : 31 dated 22-5-2014 1.14pm. amt.220.00. I was promised by one of the employee that he will get back to me on 23.5.14 for refund status.No updates received as on 23.5.2014 10.00PM for refund status.

I demand 1.)refund of the amount as promised. 2.)a courtesy & apology email from the manager- customer care about the issue & promise to rectify the error. 3.)rectification of dominos online order system which automatically allows user to choose nearest store for orders which can deliver the pizzas before time guarantee advised to them.
