Respected Sir, I Siraj Ilahi Shaikh. I have got insured my car for last three years through Car Company from whom I have got insured my car while buying. At that time I have paid the insurance policy payment. For last two years.. ii. On 1st of Sept 2014, I came to know that Bank is paying insurance of my car for last three years. Out of three years only two years (2013–14 & 2014-15) receipt have been given to me. On 1st Sept 2014. vi. Bank is having insurance policy of 2013-14 & 2014-15 by United India Insurance Company Ltd. dated 10-05-2014 of car make, Etios LIVA GD which is not my car model. Actually Car Company got insured from United India Insurance Company dated 06-05-2014 of my car model Etios VX. I cannot get insurance by this wrong model insurance & that to paid (10-05-2014) after issue of my car insurance policy (06-05-14). vii. As per bank records you have charged insurance payment as follows

a) 2012-13 – 17689/- No insurance Policy b) 2013-14 – 13249/- Insurance policy of ETIOS – LIVA D c) 2014-15 – 10207/- – Insurance policy of ETIOS LIVA D ——————- Rs. 41,145/- Please note ETIOS LIVA D is Hutch back – Diesel Car launched in 2013 & my car is ETIOS VX – is Sedan – petrol launched in 2011. viii. I hereby totally disagree with this as bank has insured the car with different name, and myself have insured my own car with proper name. Same company is insuring for the same car. so will company refund that amount which is same for one car
