I submitted EC application and paid Fee for the same.below are my application no “KEN-EC-A-314573-2020-21” & “KEN-EC-A-301888-2020-21” with Sakala number “IG0EC0000116674″ and ” IG0EC0000116673″ respectively. Status for the same is showing EC Preparer Signed & Uploaded, but am not able to find the signed copies as i still find only information copy. Can you please help me with this regard to get the signed EC copy at the earliest

Solution to Download Digitally Signed Certified Copy & Encumbrance Copy on Karnataka Government Kaveri Online Website

1. Log on to the Portal from your Laptop / Desktop

2. On the Left Hand Side of the portal click on Pending/Saved Application Then click on Saved Application

3. You will goto a new web-page where you will see a Drop Down Menu in the Center of the Page. Choose OnlineCCApplication

4. Now the Portal will populate a list of CC Application Details List

5. In this List, you will see a Table of Application Number, Date, Sakala Number, and Status.

6. Now goto the row of relevant “Application Number“. Click on Folder Icon under the “View Application Column”

7. This will take you to the new Page which has all the details of your application, number, date, status etc. Scroll to the Bottom of the Page and look for “Download Signed CC Report“. Clock on the same and your Digitally Signed Report will populate, you first save it to your “Laptop / Desktop” and then open the same. Please note that since it is a digitally signed report it may take upto 30 seconds to open

8. Digitally Signed Copies obtained from Government of Karnataka Websites are Legally Admissible Evidences under the Indian Evidence Act and IT Act.

9. Government of Karnataka has done a Very Good Job in providing this Data. However, sometimes, Payment Gateway issues are observed, hopefully they will resolve the same.
