I bought jio sim before 1 month, at starting I experience good Internet speed but now speed is reduced below 2g speed. I can’t even open a Web page if I go to jio TV, I cont connect it says that u didn’t have active Internet connection. So please fix my problem ah solve it as soon as possible

I have jio sim but in my village there is no network from last two days sometime its come.very bad experience with jio..no one give valuable response from jio staff. Please provide proper network in my village so that people could enjoy good internet.thank you
