DROPTAXI.in or Sanviv Services extracted Rs.2250 instead of Rs. 650 as quoted in invoice and advance paid online. On top of that they misbehaved with aged, handicapped passengers and called me ‘Stupid fucker’ when I called Mr. Vignesh at customer service. Very unreliable – foul mouthed and unprofessional -ALSO THEY SCAM (They advertise a low price and extort 50% more at the end). I booked a Chennai Airport to Pondicherry Drop for my parents and paid their advance. First they made my parents wait 50 minutes outside the airport despite me mentioning 3 times to Mr. Kartik post booking that my mother is disabled. They quoted Rs. 1600 for the entire trip (I have advance paid invoice to that effect) but in the end of the journey they started shouting at my elderly parent at 1 AM of night and extracted Rs 2400 from them. When I called their office, this guy Vignesh called me a “STUPID FUCKER” (Believe me, those were the words) because I didn’t want to pay more than that invoice amount. I have recorded this conversation in my mobile phone so they can’t deny. PLEASE TAKE APPROPRIATE STRONG ACTION SO THESE PEOPLE DON’T TAKE ADVANTAGES OF AGED, DISABLED PEOPLE TRAVELING AT NIGHT

I demand Refund of Rs. 1600 (Total charged Rs.2250 instead of Rs. 650 as per invoice) 2. Reversal of Rs. 125 waiting fee for waiting for taxi for 50 minutes. Please note this taxi company charges waiting fee Rs. 2.50 per minute if passengers are late – so they should pay back the same amount for the period the passengers are waiting extra after the pick-up time in the invoice. As per DROPTAXI.in’s policy (http://www.droptaxi.in/faq.php) For drop trips – waiting charges will be Rs.75 for 30 minutes. 3. Written apology for misbehaving with my aged handicapped parents and using profanity towards me when called for customer service. TOTAL REFUND of Rs. 1725 AND UNCONDITIONAL WRITTEN APOLOGY WITH APPROPRIATE DISCIPLINARY ACTION TOWARDS CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER MR. VIGNESH
