I shifted from Mumbai to Bangalore on 1st October and hired DRS Agarwal. received my luggage on 11st October in Bangalore. Out of which many items were damaged. When asking for claim settlement, DRS group is saying that items were not insured hence they cannot do anything. Although, they sent a person for survey for damaged items but no positive response after that. All I hear from them is they cannot help in claim settlement. They promised to keep the breakable items in wooden crate but none of them were kept in them.

tems damaged: 1. LED 42′ TV worth Rs 2000 2. Tata sky HDMI cable worth Rs 1000 3. Tupperware 4 containers Rs 2000 4. Air Condition copper pipe worh Rs 2000 5. Deep scratch in TVS Wego. Rs 1000 6.
