I ordered a pair of shoes from Red Tape on 26th Dec,2014. which was scheduled to be delivered within 10 to 12 days. I received a mail from Red Tape mentioning the consignment details and the name of the vendor and shipping details. I still didn’t get the consignment so I had to check with the tracking number. The tracking number said the consignment was delivered on 31st Jan. It was already 8th Jan and I still didn’t receive the consignment. I was not happy with the lies that was posted on official website about a consignment. I felt DTDC should not be trusted any more. Finally, I tried to track that through multiple phone calls to figure out where that is really. And finally it was there with the DTDC at ‘Bad K Balaji’, never delivered to me, yet marked on the web that it was delivered. The guy didn’t even have the courtesy to accept his mistake and apologize. Rather he kept on saying it’s not a mistake. I had to go to their place and collect the same in my office hours causing problems in my work relations also.

1. written apology from DTDC for the false information that they provided and the trauma that it caused me mentioning it wont happen again. 2. I want those Rs.200 back from them that I spent on the fuel. 3. I want a compensation for the troubles that it caused for my performance. 10% of my monthly salary (which is around Rs.54000)
