I had booked a consignment on 27.09.2014, i was promised by the booking agent that, the consignment would reach it’s destination by 29.09.2014 for sure. It was a very important document which was required to reach it’s destination by 29.09.2014 without fail. But, it did not reach till date. Even i was charged 120 Rs extra for using their DTDC Plus service as it is a speedy delivery segment. Tracking no. of the courier is ‘V17922699’. Apart from the tracking no., i was even not given any contact no. also by the booking agent for communication purpose even after requesting him one.

I want the full amount for booking the consignment to be refunded by the courier service
