a very important courier containing rakhi (rakshabandhan )was sent by me on 5th aug 2014 to chhatisgardh vilaspur.dtdc took Rs.215/- from me and I was told that it will reach within or till 48 hours maximum i.e latest by 8th Aug. but my courier reached to vilaspur on 11th or 12 th aug. they cheated by taking Rs. 215/- only for an envelope and didn’t delivered it on time. they spoiled the purpose of sending rakhi to my brother. they should be punished for cheating customers, not delivering service whatever they are promising and charging customers more fees.

I want my money back whatever economic damage they did. all my money gone waste. I want my Rs. 380/- back from DTDC.
