I had ordered shoes from luxekart on 26-7. They promised to deliver within 1 week. However they delivered me after 11 days. On checking the product delivered was wrong. So i asked them to replace it. They took the product back through fedex and said they will send ordered product when they receive the wrong product back. In this whole process they did not refund my money. The fedex collected the product from me on 9-8. When i contacted luxekart on 12-8 and 13-8 they said they have not received the product as yet, while fedex tracking website says the product has been delivered to them on 11-8 already. I have not been getting any reply from luxekart nor are they refunding my money nor giving me right product. I have photo evidence, conversation record since placing order, and video evidence of handing the product back to fedex.
